Housekeeping is provided every two weeks for stays greater than 30 days.
Please clean up after your pet and keep them on a leash when outside.
No smoking/no parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 2:00 PM and only registered guests are permitted for overnight stays.

Deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Refunds are issued net of payment processor Strip fees (3%).

Fully refundable for 48 hours after booking. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 28 days prior to check in.

Reservations over 90 days are NOT subject occupancy tax (12.75%) and require a separate lease agreement.
